Speaking on Mental Health & Resilience to our National Fire and Rescue Service.

I was invited to speak to Northern Ireland Fire and Rescue Service in Belfast. Rich and I spoke to an audience in Belfast specifically about mental Health and Resilience. It was a great experience to speak to and meet people who take risk to save life and their trainers who make sure they are looked after behind the scenes. These heroes run toward the risk to help save life and property from disaster. They also attend calls for suicide and many other inter-related situations. We spoke for about an hour.
