Speaking in Belfast

This week I was invited to speak to Electric Ireland Staff about Darkness into Light. I was heavily involved last year in their campaign to raise awareness of suicide and depression. I was joined by Amanda Ferguson and we spent an hour speaking to two groups of around 50 staff members encouraging them to support the campaign.

The Darkness into Light Campaign is a brilliant initiative to bring together people from all walks of life, demonstrating community support and help.
