Speaking at Linen Hall Library

We had a lovely sold out event at Belfasts iconic Linen Hall Library. Hosted by NI's own Cathy Clugson I spoke about Night Swimming. I met lots of people and had the opportunity to hear about their experiences around the water.

I've spoken at events fo over 20 years and this has to be a highlight. The history in this building, the people that have walked through those doors and everything that has happened in the city right outside brings a sense of history that extends beyond the books on the shelves.

I feel some people are surprised to hear the complexities of the water that I am aware of through decades of being in and around it and I enjoy being able to impart some of that knowledge at these kind of events.
